Recently, students toured an orchard in Wenatchee, then followed the apple shipments overseas to a market in Vietnam. "None of this happens without Lynden's support. We can't express enough thanks for helping these students—from so many diverse backgrounds—to learn about the supply chain," says Sam Kaplan, Director of the Supply Chain Management Program. [Alaska Marine Lines](http://www.lynden.com/aml) Vice President Jake Maenpa serves on the advisory board for Highline College's Global Trade and Supply Chain Management Program. Lynden is one of six corporate donors funding the study abroad program.
