This winter a historic winter storm shut down Oregon's transportation routes. According to LTI, Inc. Idaho Driver Supervisor Ken Becker, Driver Charles Kepler (above), along with several other Milky Way drivers from Vancouver and Chehalis, battled icy streets in the Portland metro area. "Charles spent 21 hours in his truck that day; eight of those unable to move due to other trucks spinning out," Ken says. "He kept his cool, helped other drivers, and stayed professional and safe during the entire event."
