Lynden Logistics welcomes Frank Butler as Southeast Regional Manager and Charles McCarthy as Northeast Regional Manager. Butler will oversee Lynden's Atlanta, Nashville, San Juan, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Charlotte service centers as part of the newly formed southeast region. McCarthy will supervise the New York, Newark, Boston, Chicago, Baltimore and Philadelphia locations comprising the newly created northeast region.
"Butler and McCarthy bring a level of experience and a track record of prior success to Lynden's Eastern U.S. locations. They will play an integral role in the future growth and development of our offshore, Canadian, Mexican and European markets," says John Kaloper, Lynden Logistics Vice President-America.
Butler will be based in Atlanta, and McCarthy in Lynden's New York office. Butler has more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, including serving as Vice President-Eastern Region, for Exel Logistics (formerly MSAS Global). He holds a business degree from Clayton State College.
Prior to joining Lynden, McCarthy was Regional Manager of Cargo Sales-Northeast for United Airlines. His 25-year logistics career includes a position as Vice President/General Manager at NI Logistics. He earned a business degree from Pace University and a master's degree from Long Island University.
