geno-crosbyLTI, Inc. Driver Geno Crosby received a Good Samaritan Award from Morrow County, OR for assisting a stranded motorist in freezing temperatures earlier this year. “I was driving back from a farm at about 2 a.m. when I spotted someone walking down the highway. It was 20 degrees out and he was very close to freezing to death after walking about five miles,” Geno says. The man had hit a deer and was walking to get help. He was in shorts and a T-shirt with no shoes. After bringing him to the Boardman service center, Geno called 911 and the man was transported to a hospital. He survived but emergency responders told Geno that would not have been the case without his intervention.
