Transportation Club names Lynden Company of the Year

The TCS Company of the Year award honors a company who has supported the Transportation Club and made extraordinary efforts, impact and contributions to the local transportation field and community. Lynden Inc. President, Jon Burdick, is pictured accepting the award from Terri Danz of Crest Container Lines. For many years, Lynden has supported the club through employee participation, financial donations, company sponsorships and community support. Alaska Marine Lines' Tom Hammack and Lynden Transport retiree Mike Oliver have served as club presidents. "Rarely, if ever, does a meeting or event go by where Lynden has not been strongly represented," says Ian McKillop of the TCS.
